NCS-LONGVIEW LLC is their fictitious name used to do business in New York. They are actually a foreign llc registered as Nationwide Credit Service, LLC in Washington state. There are quite a few names for this company.
Getting to the root of this company can be somewhat time consuming but here is their actual information:
Kind of funny that their tax standing is listed as delinquent. Their office address is:

For a laugh, check out their address on google maps. I think the Chinese and sushi restaurant right next to their run down building is a nice touch.

Thanks for providing details about this scam of a company. Not sure if you found other thing on BBB but wanted to share this as well. I found on the BBB - http://www.bbb.org/oregon/business-reviews/collection-agencies/n-c-s-in-longview-wa-63000179 and found the same address you've mentioned. However, there is a direct number listed (360) 232-1014 and when I called the number, I got a voice message by Linda Turner. She is on linkedin - https://www.linkedin.com/pub/linda-turner/51/628/58b. She seems to be the owner of this fake company pretending to be a collection agency.
