I received two calls on my cell phone when i answered each call no one answered or they just hung up.  On the second call somehow, it went to my voicemail and left a message.  When I attempted to call the original number that called me the recording said this number was out of service.  The number which called and left a message was showed unavailable on the caller id.  When I listened to the message of the second caller (unavailable), the message was from a Christie Bailey with NCS.  She informed me that a court filing date was coming up regarding a bad check and that I needed to call 1-877-357-7144 with Reference # C-1330245 and that this would be my final notification.  If I or my attorney did not call back that it would be in my best interest to make myself available.  This is most likely to do with an internet payday loan.  I have attempted to contact all of the companies that I am aware I may have an outstanding loan with to have them send me paperwork showing the amount owed and whom I should send the payment to but no one wants to cooperate.  I am in the process of filing bankruptcy b/c I am unable to meet my financial obligations, no one wants to cooperate and verify my debt so, I can give this information to my attorney to move forward.  They have not placed it on my credit reports so, what am I to do?  Help

I posted this information on another post here but it's just as relevent to you:

NCS-LONGVIEW LLC is their fictitious name used to do business in New York.  They are actually a foreign llc registered as Nationwide Credit Service, LLC in Washington state.  There are quite a few names for this company.

Getting to the root of this company can be somewhat time consuming but here is their actual information:

https://wyobiz.wy.gov/Business/FilingDetails.aspx?eFNum=038067017160172033189009250152198079070008168248

Kind of funny that their tax standing is listed as delinquent.  Their office address is:

1340 12th Ave
Longview, WA 98632 USA

For a laugh, check out their address on google maps.  I think the Chinese and sushi restaurant right next to their run down building is a nice touch.

Send me a private message if you'd like information on attornies that are willing to sue them.  What these guys do is illegal and it's why they try so hard to hide themselves.
