I was emailed by kelvin murithi via a website that i offered a project for bidding. he was helpful and was very quick to send me a link and disappeared immediately. His website is negativepublicrelation.com. very well designed and convincing.
Upon realising i only paid for 1 service instead of 2 that i had earlier mentioned, he contacted me again and provided me a link to pay to his paypal account.
And the on course he dissapeared again. Please to not fall for this scam as i have and i am reporting to protect consumers from falling to the same trap. His site is from UK, but origin is Kenya.
Ihad to call the bank to report the scam and have since blocked my card to protect myself and am disputing this transaction with the bank. I hope they are able to get this dishonest person.

i triend this service some weeks ago,i had ordered 4 services with this company and they successfull did 3 of them.i really appreciate their work though i know in hacking everything is not 100% sure.i recommend guys to try thier services despite this one negative comments.

Hi, response to TITLE 'neighborhood hacker', I am about to pay upfront payment to kelvin murithi, I asked support@negativepublicrelation.com that I found this bad complaint at www.ripoffreport.com and I attached the complaint link (you reported). And I got reply from them said 'thats rare cases,and another thing is we cant impress every clients who come to seek for our services'. Since I read your ripoff report and I hesitate to pause payment at this moment, If you read this message, could you give me your latest update, is this really a cram website. Many thanks, Jack H
