Neighbors Moving & Storage Of South Fla, LLC, Neighbors Van Lines Destoyed possesions, riffled thru boxes, demanded extra cash in exchange for good. Removed our shipment and took it to unknow address,totally missing, apple computer, lp player and large piano keyboard Pompano Beach Florida

1. Items not delivered/missing - piano keyboard, retro lp player, apple computer.
2. A very rude and unhelpful driver who demanded cash, and then drove off with our shipment to some unknown facility.
3. All this witnessed by a police officer.
4. Lied that my credit card had been turned down 4 times and that he had been at the house to deliver before which is also untrue because he had the wrong address.
5. Serious breakage of table, chairs, pictures, and boxes riffled thru and crudely retaped.
6. Have Photographs of state of shipment when it was finally delivered.
7. We are senior citizens and were totally scammed by this company eventually paying $1,980 which included extra storage.

Very rude person in the office saying "the door of that van will stay closed until you pay the money in cash." At which point I swore at him and called a police officer who witnessed the whole sorry event and was powerless to stop the driver taking our shipment away because it is a civil matter.
8. They did not leave me with the correct paperwork and what was written on inventory was unreadable and incomplete. So now they are saying I have recieved the FULL shipment. Not So.

Neighbors Moving have caused a lot of damage and Francis, the driver was dishonest and the office really rude and aggressive.
