Neighbors Moving & Storage Of South Fla, LLC, Neighbors Van Lines I used this company to move from Colorado Springs to Los Angeles. They have a office in the Springs. I have waited over one year to fill this Ripoff Report because I am still so up set that I allowed Pompano Beach, Florida

Neighbors Van Lines main office is located in Pompano, FL.  I used a local office in Colorado Springs, CO for my move to Los Angeles.  Please, if you have one ounce of sanity left, don't even think of using this company for anything !! They are by far the most unprofessional organization that I have ever been involved with. 

I will say my personal dealings with a former employee named Jessika Boyles was the only bright side to this whole disaster.

Not only did they go through all my boxes and took whatever they wanted.  They were 14 days late in delivering my furniture.  There excuse, the truck broke down.  In reality, they did not have a driver available.

After I jumped through all the hoops of filling out all there required paper work for the damages and missing property which totaled in the thousands, I got a letter stating I would receive $54.00 for my damages.  I never responded after that.

You would be better off placing all your furniture on the curb with a note saying take what you want and drive the rest to L.A. for me and dump off in the middle of Wilshire Blvd.  It would get there faster than Neighbors Van Lines and your stuff would be in better condition.

Use anyone other than this group of misfits.
