Neighbors Moving Nightmare From Start to Finish Tukwila, Washington

Of all my many moves cross-country and up and down the West Coast over the past 20 years (and there have been far more than I care to recall), Dave Ciccarelli came to our home and delivered his estimate, our recent move from Seattle, WA to Long Beach, CA with Neighbors Moving was an absolute nightmare from start to finish!

The issues are far too many to list them all but include among others a disgruntled loading crew that showed up six hours late and gave us a huge hassle about completing our pack and load the same day, haphazard packing which in hindsight reflects the mood of the crew, a moving target delivery date which ate up our entire weekend, a multitude of additional broken commitments along the way, broken items at delivery (primarily a huge heavy framed mirror) and finally a Sunday delivery crew consisting of none other than the single truck driver and his 6 3 tall, 130 lb., female cousin!

My understanding from both the loading and unloading crew is that Neighbors has horrible working relations with their field crews and couldnt get anybody to work on Sunday!  So whyd they schedule it for Sunday???  Because the truck drive had personal commitments (dentist appointment from what I understand) on Monday! 

I was fully prepared to refuse delivery except that the driver had the good sense to go down the block and find a guy he could pay to help him!  The driver/unloader did indeed work his butt off but the inexperienced on the fly hired guy was in way over his head.  Not exactly the kind of professional Neighbors, from Door to Door service Dave Ciccarelli had sold us on sitting at our dining room table!

The best thing I can say about Neighbors Moving is that I am just so absolutely grateful to just be done with this organization that I couldn't care less about the broken items at this point!

This was truly a moving nightmare from start to finish!
