back in 1999 I got a credit card from capital one. well the amount was for 200.00. i was paying on it, sometimes i was a few days late . they would add late fee's of $25 to $50 dollars a whack. well. this went on for a while and my amount never went down. im on disability and i just couldn't afford it.well i didn't pay after a while . what was the use. so this lawyer got to calling about a month ago,. telling me i had to pay $150.oo a monthso we kinda settled for $75,00 to $100, they were calling here harassing me. this has been past the statue of limitations i sent them $200.00already and my bill hasn't went down 1 red dollar ty
i feel like im getting ripped off
