neopets inc rozen account glendale, California

Just got back on game after 2 years following bad stroke and password would not work.I placed a ticket to neopet team and they emailed me that some accounts had a number added to users name or password and mine was one but they corrected that. I resumed to play and readded premium to account that had exspired because of the 2 years I could not play. After a few days my account was frozen for this:account inactive for long period and player on account not player who set up account. I sent tickets in and showed them that I was by following: email address starts with neo@seal1954 and user account seal1954 and account in John Hutton and premium bought by credit card in John Hutton. I also answered all questions they asked about details of account. I also bought neocash items and gave dates,descriptions,and bought again by John Hutton s credit card. So far account still frozen and insult from them eating me away
