Purchased this program, downloaded, then my computer crashed, I have sent them every credit card number, all e-mail addresses associated with both personal and private and all credit card accounts, they responded once, then no more response. I either want my money back and a response. No other vendor online have I found so incompetent.
I am getting returned e-mails at this point from their contact jeanharris. I will drive to Deland on Monday and personally investigate the physical address and will report my findings. Personally I agree that the majority of information contained is easily available through public records without charge, however I paid for it and I want it.

I did drive to Deland, Florida to find that this is actually a functional office

Pursuant to my previous comments, please note that today 03/19/2003 I did drive to Deland, Florida to find that this is actually a functional office located business mall housing other businesses as well as Volusia County Florida Offices.
The individual I met with personally was Clark. We went through and did finally find my original order.
The problem seemed to exist because on the original order the e-mail address was locked in CAPS and my subsequent request were in lower case.
I personally spent over an hour with Clark, he took great deal of time explaining some of the problems they had encountered and what the Company is implementing to make the programs more user friendly and is anxious to resolve any problems customers may have, however he must have a way to contact them. Hope this will help others as it did me!
