I ordered a free booklet on Google advertising with $1.97 shipping, which never arrived, and it ended up being a fraud company that afterwards charged these fraud charges on my account.

You have to cancel your account to prevent further charges from their companies. Bank of America said that they will only be able to dispute the $1.97 and $1.47 charges, and the two $69.97 charges were covered in fine print.

This is a list of fraud websites related to this company. Looks like NetCadetPro.com (VBL) is their flagship name. Go to all of these websites and fill out the cancellation forms with any suspected email addresses.

They create multiple accounts under with different company names, so the only way to stop them from billing you is to change your card information. Visa told me I have to dispute the charges through them, and they connected me to their "dispute department" where of course there is no one, just a dead line. They have cancellation forms on each of their websites, which I filled out and submitted, there is a cancellation email autoresponse that returns the info you put in the form, and says that you canceled, but they do not provide any cancellation number which Visa requires to dispute a charge apparently.
