Everything these other reports are saying about netdropshipper.com are true you cant get in touch with anyone, I have ran my phone bill up so high just trying to talk to someone there and in the process getting hung up on or disconnected. Got a hold of one person that said he could take care of my problem but then get emails back saying that that person doesnt have the power to make those kind of decisions. Emails are never answered until 4 or 5 days later orders a are never shipped on time. The emails answered never tell you any information on what you asked.
I now have customers that are getting upset and I have to take money out of my pocket to make things right. I have reported the to the BBB.

finally got some of my money back

Netdropshipper finally got some of my money back to me after waiting weeks for it. Got the run around as they where saying they where waiting for FedEx to write them a check for the damaged goods. Well I called FedEx and they said that they cut netdropshipper.com a check and gave me the check number along with the amount. After telling netdropshipper.com of this they gave back some of what they owe me and also cancelled my account to there web site. So for there mistake of shipping the wrong item and then it being damaged I get my account cancelled from there web site. Which dosent really matter since I have found a better supplier which when I place orders they are shipped the same day.
Now netdropshipper.com states that when they get the check from FedEx they will give me the rest of the money so we will wait and see. Which they should have had the check already but I'll give it a few more days and call FedEx again to see if it was received yet.

I too am having numerous problems with this company. It is my intent to file complaints and file a small claim against them within the next two weeks. If the FTC and these other agencies start getting many reports filed in a relatively short period of time, they will launch an investigation.
I am listing the following links for anyone else who would like to file reports against this company. If you can prove that they are in violation of federal,CA or your local laws regarding transactions of this type and it resulted in current or future monetary loss(bad rating on Ebay),you can file a small claim against them where you live locally and report them to your local law enforcement agency.
