Networksolutions So called web hosting company overcharges and won't help publish web site Hernon Virginia

I registered my first domain name with this company in 2002 when there were less options and I was starting out. Since then, I have tried to transfer my sites and domain name to a different host. Networksolutions charge 10 times more than GoDaddy but refuse to allow transfer.

The domain name for my latest site is registered with networksolutions. 2 weeks ago I tried to publish it on the internet. It took the assistance of a "Customer Service Rep." half an hour to get the site uploaded. She changed all the hosting and login identification, even my password. My site is online but it has no graphics. After several minutes trying to upload the pictures, she gave up and hung up on me.

I have e-mailed them for assistance but all I get is return e-mail saying mine has been received. A "Do not reply to this" message.
