Posted on facebook for a free trail but they didn't discloe that it was for 30 days and then your debit or credit card would be charged.  They charged me $88.78 for waht I expected to be $3.95.  When I called a gentleman told me that the terms and conditions specified that you had to call within 30 days or your card would be charged.  No where on that ad when you put your information in does the terms come up and tell you.  They are making alot of money.  I want my money back.

Inherent Beauty and NeuDermis I ordered a free sample of , what I thought, was Christie Brinkley's product, because her picture was on the sight the whole time. It said that the sample product was free but I just had to pay for the $4.95 shipping and handling. I then gave my information for the order and tried to submit the order but it wouldn't let me close out until I agreed to also order Neudrmis for an additional $3,.95, I agreed to it . NeuDermis Cream The company claims they sent me a shipping which obviously I never received. After the date of October 28th I called on November 2nd to cancel my order because I never received it. On my first attempt someone answered the call and then hung up. I retried and 15 minutes later I talked to a representative who cancelled my order; gave me a cancellation number. However the transaction was never reflected in my BA credit card account. No refund was issued. I am still trying to rectify this matter. Upon calling December 14 they are telling me an order was shipped and I have to call the US postal Services to inquiry where my package is. If the information is correct why didn't they tell me on November 2nd to track my shipping order. The company is a fraud. They didn't specify Internet

Neudermis and Lavish Names on credit card statement were Premier Skin Serum and TKL*TryBeautyFace I have never been taken like this before. The website offered two products for cost of shipping only. When I saw the credit card statement with $187.41 charge, I called each of the numbers and was told by both that I needed to read the agreement before I shared my info. I saw nothing about being charged more than the shipping. The products do NOT work. Both representatives at the phone numbers on my credit card offered refunds...one 50% ($44.87) and the other 35% ($44.39). What a scam. I guess I need to stop being honest and produce some cream with purified water and a fine print contract where people can pay me over $90 after I trick them into thinking they are receiving a sample for $3.95 and $4.95. This is highway robbery, and the fact they post the smaller costs and not the real costs states that they are aware that people will not read the fine print. Shame on you, Neudermis and Lavish!
