Neulift skin cream Serval websites from my understanding from pervious posts CONSUMER BEWARE EXTREME RIPOFF Internet

 I ordered the Neulift skin cream trial that I seen from website dailypromoreport.com, which advertises a 30 day (yes day) when I opened that sight I got sent to rejuvenatingskintherapy.com I then purchased my trial of just the neulift skin cream thinking I had 30 days but two weeks later I was charged 89.95. When I called the number on my statement 8663295818 I was told they never do 30 day trials only 14. Their charge caused my account to be negative. I am a single mom on disability with 4 children 2 at home and one is pregnant. I had not opened their product yet and asked if I returned the product would they refund and the rep said no. Both reps were rude and treated me like I was stupid which only irritated me more and caused me to be rude as well. I hadn't had time to try their product yet and assumed I had two more weeks to see if it worked or if it broke me out like most have. If it worked I might pay 20 a month for it since if you try to cancel they offer you different discounts for you to take one so they can make money. They own several companies according to the rep I spoke with the first time. I was also told I had tried other products and cancelled them so they wouldn't even give me a partial refund. I thought that's what trials were for was to try a product obviously not to those idiots.

I am extremely irritated to the point of tears right now. They should not be allowed to do these things I was also threatened with them overturning the previous refunds they'd given if I disputed the charge through my bank. Back to the time limit, as I stated what I seen on Google was for a 30 day trial but when you open the terms and conditions it only says 14 days so that's how they screw you over. Advertise on one website a 30 day trial and only do a 14 day trial on the actual website you order from. I'm still going to see if my bank will overturn the charges due to the false advertising. I have decided not to do anymore free trials for anything since you can't tell which product is with what company since they plainly stayed they offer many products. I have another skin care product cancelled multiple times but continue to receive products and be charged for the products but I've cancelled repeatedly.

I am so tired of these scam companies and their rude customer service reps and their inability to understand I want to cancel, not I want a discount on your product that either doesn't work or im allergic to. Unfortunately as I stated is hard to say which products to stay away from since they offer so many us hard to say which ones to stay away from except to say stay away from all of them. Neulift customer service is rude, unhelpful, and a pain in the a** to deal with. When speaking with the second rep I asked for a manager and she stated she was one. I have been in telemarketing and I've done billing/collections for medical bills I know for a fact they're to tell you they're a supervisor so the actual supervisors can continue doing nothing but snacking, talking, or whatever else they do to keep them from dealing with customers. In the end they just end up sitting there and continue to spread until the chair comes up with the huge butts they've created by just sitting, snacking, lying, and being rude so theirs some justice in that for me anyway I know they're just sitting there getting wider and wider. Please stay away from these stupid trials. They're all rip offs.
