Neumann Homes Ripoff! NEVER COMPLETED HOME WARRANTY NEVER FINISHED LANDSCAPING & SOD Warrenville Illinois

Closed on my Neumann Homes townhouse on November 23rd of 2004. Builders promised to return to complete landscaping in the spring. Well its two weeks until summer. Why is my yard an overgrown field of weeds instead of a nice manicured lawn? Why am I paying association fees to maintain a lawn I don't have?

The warrenty agreement staes that you will return to finish my lawn as soon as weather permits in the spring. It does not say that you can finish it after you get all your other projects done. If you are short with manpower to finish, hire someone else to finish it.

I heard nothing but excuses since April and I will not tolerate it much longer. The weather has been nothing but ideal for sod for the past few months. And that's not all. I previously complained about a leaky roof which took several times to fix, as well as my dishwasher which was improperly installed.
