As a now former employee of Neumann Homes I can tell you they are ripping customers-off, as well as their own employees. They use qualified hardworking people to get the job done, then toss them aside as soon as they can, to capitalize on their monetary gains. I know its all about money to all business owners, but this is the worst greed I have seen. All salaried employees are expected to work a minimum of 50 hrs/wk, and are not allowed a lunch break. All employees are trained to lie to customers about the quality of their product. There is a 3 day long orientation, aka brainwashing, that all new employees get. Also they continue to reinforce all their tactics on speaking with homeowners, and how to ignore homeowners real concerns, and steer the conversations into small circles.

If you are thinking of purchaseing from Neumann, be prepared, it is not what you think. Buyer's remorse is your brain telling you that something is wrong and you should trust your intuition. Your home will be built poorly, carelessly, and with many delays. Quantity, not quality counts for Neumann.
