I just read the review by someone from June 2015 which prompted this report. In late 2015 I saw an ad which claimed Dr. Oz was offering a special deal on an antiwrinkle serum used by the stars. Because it was only $5 I thought it was worth a try. For some reason the site took me to a night cream they recommended as well. I did not want the cream but the site would not let me go forward without it. Since it was only $5 as well, I finally just went along with it. Nowhere did I see anything that implied I was signing up for continuous shipments. The product did not provide the promised results so I never intended to buy more. When I returned home from a trip, two packages from "New Age" we're in our mail. I called the New Age Skin Care Company in Tempe Arizona and spoke with Sir. He agreed to close my acct. I told him I was not aware I was signing up for anything more than a one time shipment. He stated it was all there on the website. I asked him to email what I had agreed to. He said he couldn't do that but what I had agreed to was on their website. When I told him I was returning the products mailed, he stated there was a $20 restocking fee per product. I asked him what the products cost and he stated the serum was $89 and the cream was $49. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he stated he was the supervisor. I asked again to speak to his supervisor and he explained that his supervisor didn't take calls. After I insisted, he put me on hold, then after a few minutes returned to say his supervisor was in a meeting and may or may not call me back. I am also filing a complaint with the Tempe BBB.
