Charged a $9.95 'promo' fee for apartment listings. Found on Craig's List. After multiple calls (poor quality with dropped calls) I cancelled the 'service' the same day I signed up. Couple weeks later I was charged a $40.95 fee. After calling again, I was given the EMAIL of the billing department (no phone number available of course). Still waiting for a refund...giant waste of my time, even if I get my money back.
