What started as an OK experience turned into a nightmare. I arranged a move from Utah to Michigan. They were 2 days late for pickup. The date was 7/22 when they finally came to pickup. Overall, everything went pretty smoothly there. My original estimate was for 2000 which of course they said I was way over and ended up needing to pay double the original quote. Ok. I accepted that and understood I should have gotten a better weight allowance. I moved on. 

I got to Michigan and kept waiting and waiting for a call until I finally had to call them to be told I would get a callback in a WEEK to get the date of delivery. So a week passed by and I had to call again to try and get a date, was told I would be contacted later that day with delivery date. They called me, gave me 8/17 or 8/18. 

The driver called and told me that he would arrive on 8/18, which he did. At first, he and his partner were very polite. As they brought in everything, they were careful with my hardwood floors and tried their best not to scratch the walls. It was when I finally decided they could carry in things without me following right behind them when everything went downhill. I had a key in my bedroom door so I wouldn't lose it. They broke the key and didn't bother informing me they did. I found the broken key after they left. Now I need to buy a whole new lock and I doubt the company will cover those costs. They would not put together my bed because "they aren't supposed to put everything together". They also said not all the screws were there. I remember the movers from pickup putting all the screws in a bag and taping it to the bed frame so I have no clue how those screws went missing. I ended up finding 1 on the floor and I honestly believe they didn't want to finish so they just gave me a fake story. Now, I have furniture that I can't even put together myself because the screws are missing. 

They also scratched my walls in the stairwell and did not tell me they did. I bought them lunch and provided extra food just in case they were really hungry. Instead of bringing the extra, untouched food back inside to me, they just left it on the porch to go to waste when I could have easily eaten it myself or given it to my husband. There was enough food for my husband and I to eat for dinner if they had just given it back to me. 

Already, I am noticing many things missing. One of these items containing well over $200 worth of things and have a lot of meaning to us. I have very little to no hope of regaining my lost items. 

Also, a lot of my furniture was damaged and most likely will not be able to be used. I expected some damage but nothing that would affect the use of my furniture. My drawer rails were ripped off the side of the drawer so I can't if put it back into place since the hole is completely stripped and the side of the drawer has a huge chunk of wood gone now. 

I've contacted customer service and while they keep telling me they are working on my case, I never get an email or call from them. All contact has been initiated by me.
