New Remotes, INC Bait and switch & over charging by more than 2 the amount of other retailers Tampa Florida

I ordered what I thought was the original remote for my TV, from New remotes, INC.  There web pages has pictures so it is very hard to make a mistake if your looking for an original new remote. The charged me 16.95 for the remote and 7.95 for shipping, Actually a litter high when universal remotes sell for under $10.00, but I was looking for an original remoter for a TV that was 7 years old. When I receved a remote, it was not what I ordered. I complained and was told its an original replacement remote not a universal remote. Immediately-- Bait and switch.. I seatched the internet and found the exact same remote that they sent to me for 10.95. After a week of back and forth emails, they finally gave me a refund. I would not recommed doing business with this company.
