New Remotes Inc Electronic Misadventure Tampa Florida

New Remotes Inc. or Electronic Adventure advertized that they can replace any remote control. I believed this and placed an order. They sent me a remote for a completely differnet brand of equipment that did not control all of the functions that I needed for my DVD player.

I called them and received a return authorization, and I admittedly did not return it right away. When I did, a rude individual named Chuck Keitel (Who said he was the owner) called my wife and rudely told her that he was not refunding our money, and that he was sending it back. I called him back and said that we did not want the remote back, and he said that it was ours despite my having a return authorization.

Unfortunately my wife did not look to see who our registered mail was from, and now I have a $45.00 remote that does not control anything.

This company stinks and I would advise against doing business with them.
