I ordered this product and then decided I shouldn't have within 10 minutes. I called the company and cancelled the order - talking to a specific person, Jessica. She told us that she could not give us a confirmation of cancellation, but not to worry - it would not be shipped or billed.
I did understand that if I kept it, I would have to pay for future shipments.
A couple of weeks later, a shipment of this product arrived and I called my credit card company. They told me that I had been charged the full amount. I tried to cancel through them, but they told me I would have to go through the dispute system. And I could potentially be mailed another order before that would be accomplished.
We then called New Vitality and they gave us a runaround that they had no record of the cancellation. We called again today and they told me that I would have to ship it back at my own expense and pay to insure it so we did not get a restocking fee.
Finally after really complaining - they are supposedly sending a slip to return it. We shall see. I would not suggest ordering this product at all - if you think you may cancel it at anytime. The process to cancel is unbelievable. And we still don't know if this has been accomplished.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Remove Credit Card
AUTHOR: jabesv - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Friday, May 11, 2012
The easiest way to stop the shipments is to remove your credit card information from your account. Go to the website and Log In. The user name is the email you provided and if you can't remember the password, click "forgot password" and they will send you a temporary one to your email. Use it to log in. Once in click on account details, look for area where credit card information is stored, then delete it. Now they have no way of charging future shipments! Don't forget to change the password to one that you can remember in case you need to verify that the credit card info has been deleted before the next scheduled ship date.
