New York Textiles & Supply, Inc. I placed an order with them four weeks ago they haven't shipped it and everytime I call them they lie to me saying that we should get it tomorrow. These guys are LIARS and CHEATS Jamestown New York

First I have to say that these guys inundate our hotel fax machine with their "special prices" and free shipping. So we decided to place an order with them. Mind you they want the check before they ship the order. We placed the order on May 21, 2008 and they cashed the check as soon as they received it. We waited 2 weeks and then decided to call them to check up on our order since we needed our supplies, and on June 2 they said we would receive on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, no shipment. We called again on June 9th, this time a little miffed and they were RUDE to us and said that we would get it by Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, no shipment. We called again today, June 12 and they were rude AGAIN and said that it was shipped out yesterday and that we should get it in 3-5 business days. I asked them to give us a refund and of course the lady said no way. I doubt we're going to get the shipment. We paid them $742.92. This is going to the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDS!

Called again to get a refund

I called again to get a refund a different lady said that I should fax them the order number, price of merchandise, and signature. The accountant, Marie would take care of it. She strongly suggested I wait for the order instead of doing this. IT'S BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS since we placed the order!!!

i would first of all, like to let everyone know that refunds are NEVER to be refused. if an employee refused a refund they would be terminated. IMMEDIATELY. Feel free to post comments and complaints about us, but please, please, make them accurate. legal actions can be taken against slander and libel.
