New York Textiles & Supply, Inc made my order, sent check. never received product. been talked to and rudely hung up on. have contacted the bbb Jamestown New York

I am here to tell you this company is something not from this world. i in good faith order product from them and to this day not recieved any product. i keep calling them, they tell me it was shipped then they tell me it will ship at the end of the week, then they tell me to call back. when i do, i sit on the phone for various lengths of time. i am spoken to very rudely as well as hung up on. this company needs to be stopped. i have made a complaint to the BBB i will request my money back. if you think about it, there has to be a bank where the checks are cashed. i am willing to go the extra mile to get these fraudulent people out of the system. my corporation is not going to like this one bit. now that i have found this site, i will contact the BBB again and request my money back. it is a shame in this day and age you can't rust anyone anymore. please is anyone else has anymore imformation on this company, let me as well as everyone else know. thanks
