nexacell Nexa...what?? Never order Nexacell! Santa Ana, CA Nationwide

Never get duped into ordering Nexacell like I did. Unfortunately I did NOT search this website to see if it was legit. 

I am having the same problem that another consumer previously wrote about in October 2016. The company is STILL up to it's tricks. 

I ordered a product from a different company but when I competed the order, I was somehow signed up for a free trial of Nexacell for 4.95. I thought it was strange but I would give it a try for $5. I also thought it was strange that they did not include an invoice or receipt with my product. I soon learned why.

What they hide in the "terms of agreement" is that the free trial is not free unless you call to cancel it within 14 days. THEN you are charged $89.95 and will continue to be charged each month until you call them. However, when looking back on it, I beleive that I only checked off the "agree to terms" for the other product and not the Nexacell but I can't prove that. 

When I demanded my full money back because I never agreed to more than a free trial, they tried to give me a 50% "employee discount". I refused. Then the customer service representative allegedly spoke to her supervisor who refused to give me a full refund but said that I will get a 67% discount. They still will not give me my full refund!
