Nexacell Free Trial of firming serum & adaptive eye complex for $4.95 each, turn into another $89.95 charge each in 14 days. I was on my cell phone and didn't see it's a 14 day free trail, then it's $89.95 if you don't call and cancel. The product doesn't work and is not worth $89.95. Their selling tactics are decieving, when I called I was told it was my fault for not reading and that yes I was going to be charged. I told them I am disputing the charge with my credit card holder. They said I clicked the little box agreeing to the terms and I was paying for it. Internet

I ordered a free trial of firming serum and adaptive eye complex on the internet for $4.95 each.  When I received it there wasn't any invoice or anything else in the box to indicate that I would be cahrge $89.95 each after 14 days.

When I called and talked to them, they explained that it was a 14 day trail and if I didn't call and cancel then I would be charged $89.95.  It was all on the page when you clicked the box.  I honestly do not remeber seeing anything about that, if I had I would not have ordered it.

I placed my order on 2/11/17, recevied an e-mail that it was shipping 2/13/17, recevied one of the product on 2/17/17 & the other on 2/20/17.  I was charged $89.95 for each item on 2/27/17.

I told them I was disputing the charge and I was told it would not do me any good I was paying for it,  I was told it was my fault for not reading.

I have gone into their website on my desktop and after careful reading everything their statement was there.  I was on my cell phone and I did not see that.  This is a very deceptive way to do business.

The product does not work and most certainly is not worth $89.95 for a 30 day supply.  Because I did not cancel within 14 days they will not reverse the charges.

I do not recomnd this product or the sleazy way they are doing business.
