These scumbags Jodee Ybarra and Chuck Heagy on top of the rest of the entire Nextgear crew are CROOKS, LIARS and THEIVES! Undisclosed fees for a promotion they ran and when asked about the fees everyone turned theri noses up and didn't answer. They twist the truth to suit their needs to pad their pockets, they train their new AE's to lie and cover the trutjh only to be able to charge more fees hoping no one will notice. I NOTICED! When asked about these fees to customer service we were told to refer to our rep but WE HAVE NO REP FOR 5 MONTHS!
Jodee Ybarra took over the account and has no clue as to what she's doing! She jumps through hoops for the bosses who are also STEALING FROM HER!
