Nextgear Capital has found a way to hide the last report and I am not allowing that to happen. 

Nextgear Capital and Shannon landreth,in my opinion robbed my vehicles. They were taken and retitled without any legal authority. Nextgear claims they were protecting their assets and also say they had a power of attorney allowing this behavior and action. Well I am here to tell you, that's crap and a lie. First, the power of attorney was notarized by a Nextgear employee, at his house, without me present!

Yes, this is true. The employee, Don Little. This employee, I am told was fired for his conduct. The termination,  I was told by three of Nextgear's customers, was indeed for the notarizing and forging of documents. I will not name the Nextgear customers, yet. I can assure you, Nextgear, I will call those customers as witnesses. 

 This post is being made because finally, I am preparing a lawsuit for Nextgear for several reasons. Yes, Nextgear, I have detailed recordings of your conduct and Shannon Landreth of Nextgear has already hears a few of those recordings.

I cab assure you, Nextgear, every detail of the lawsuit will be posted here and on every site i can post. Why? Because Nextgear and Shannon Landreth of Nextgear, did many things to hurt my business and I think people should be informed.

shannon Landreth not only hanlded part of ehat I have been told was an illegal conversion of financed units with Nextgear but also took possession of another vehicle owned by me. Shannon Landreth on beahlf of Nextgear also held my money claiming it was a "legal hold" what a joke.

Every deposution, every word and every document will be posted here. We will see how ineteresting it is when this is all posted. I am looking forward to it!

Next time don't try to hide these reports, they are the truth and will be heard. 

When I see a rebuttle on here that's a lie or attacks me, I will post a recording and or emails. Keep it real and honest.

I feel that Nextgear's behavior was not only egregious, totally illegal and disgusting. 

I can't wait to have my day in court.
