We too purchased a Timeshare from NH Krstal Vacation Club in Cancun in 2003. We purchased under extreme their extreme sales pitches of being able to sell our or rent our weeks! We bought and signed a contract that specifically states that maintenance fees are due only when you use the timeshare.

We too have been head hunted by Concord Servicing Corp. in Nov. 2010 for back due maintenance fees dating back to 2007, 2009 and 2011. They have been hounding us every week for months to collect. We have reported them to the Mexican BBB in Mexico which is equivalent of the BBB in the U.S. as well as having to retain legal advice to help us with getting them off our backs.

We have asked them to stop harrassing us and leave us alone! We want out of this horrific timeshare and want them to void our contract with no FEES!

Krystal Timeshare

AUTHOR: margaretsims90 - ()

POSTED: Thursday, February 26, 2015

The timeshare scam works just the same as other timeshare scam operations, very similar to the tactics used by Mayan Palace. The sales staff invites you to a 90 minutes “sales presentation”, promising free gifts and cash, but without telling you that the real purpose of the invitation is to take you to a timeshare presentation, which is strictly forbidden by the Mexican law.

Krystal Timeshare Scam

AUTHOR: BetzabethT - ()

POSTED: Thursday, August 22, 2013

My husband and I purchased a Krystal timeshare in Cancun in 2007 while on our honeymoon. Needless to say, it has been a nightmare. The note has been paid off (just finished this year), . Nothing is what they said it would be. We have never been able to rent or sell any weeks. We have never been able to even figure out what weeks would be available. I have spent additional money (outside of the purchase price & maintenance fees) to brokers who were supposedly going to "rent" our weeks out, all to no avail. I have tried booking vacations with ICE which is supposed to be our discount vactioning club that we received a lifetime membership to. only to never get a return call from them. It was a total scam, and I am now a full fledged "member" of the vacation scam!
