I contacted NI Importers through CraigsList. I should have known he was fraudulent because their 24-7 line is never answered, voicemail is full. Their emails are not checked or answered and there is nothing on this company good bad or indifferent when you do a search.
But I just had to do it. D**n.
Well, after no response from trying to get contact with company after two business days I contacted webmaster who forwarded my email to the owner who called me from his cell phone at 678 886 2077 with very poor ettiquitte and a deep southern accent. He was talking loudly and rudely over me, was not customer service oriented and laughed because it had only been "two days" since I placed my order. Ok, but you havent answered in two days which is strange for a legit business. He hung up on me and continued to call me "Sweetheart" which is completely demeaning to women and I do not apprieciate that whatsoever.
I file a dispute with my debit card company 2 weeks later. The dispute is still being researched. After 8 weeks go by he has his redneck wife who also thinks its a good idea to call me "sweetheart" call with a phoney tracking number to Roadrunner. The shipping company has never heard of them or picked up from them; furthermore the tracking number is from a different furniture company, a different recipient and a different state. Not me. So, It is still opened as of now but I plan to slander this company to no end making it impossible for him to scam anyone again. I have plenty of money Mister, but I certainly do not want to give it to you. I will get refunded and the big name credit card companies you use will not grant you access. Maybe he should have stayed in school a little longer down ther' in ye' south so he wouldnt have to prey on others that make an honest living with our education. Karma eventually comes around, there will be justice and he will loose eventually, it always wins.

To follow up, I am in the process of recieving refund from Visa from this merchant. This is the deal, if you do not file for a dispute before 60 days of not recieving goods or recieving damaged goods etc. then you will not be entitled to the dispute process. Luckily, I filed right away. This is the response email I recieved from him when he noticed that Visa approved my dispute.
Merchant's email: *makes no sense after providing me with an illegitimate tracking number*
"I am not sure who you are or what problem/issue you have, but I see in our system you have a refund. And yes we do carry inventory its called DROP SHIIPING, if you have never heard of it look on GOOGLE!!!!! It is a very cost effective way of doing business. Once again you have a refund coming, and if you contact one of our vendors again our attorneys will handle this Further."

My response:
Drop shipping generally means that you receive the merchandise. My problem or issue is that I ordered a product that was never received. You collected the money and gave me a phoney tracking number.
As long as I receive my refund I have no reason to contact you or your personnel any longer

Also, let me congratulate you on your "cost effective business" it certainly is cost effective to recieve funds, wait and bait long enough so the consumer can not dispute transaction and never send merchandie. Brilliant! Why didnt I think of that? Oh, maybe because I am an honest person. I loathe scammers. You have an answer for everything, it is dellusional. The scary part is that you and your girl there really have yourself believing that you run a legit business. Delusions occur when something does not exist if you were wondering what that definition is; your business does not exist.
You may have your "attorneys" contact me because I am absolutely in the right. Good luck accumulating enough funds from other honest people to pay his hourly fee just to assure you that you are scum and have not a case.
If you file a rebuttal, I strongly suggest that others read the above facts, judge your poor grammer and realize that you need to stop this business. I have already helped 8 people in one day on CL who saw my post who were contemplating purchasing from you but because a. you did not answer your phone/email inquiry from them and b. they saw my post.
Ah, I can sleep soundly knowing that I helped another human being tonight unlike you.
