If you saw this post on Craigslist and bought furniture from this company please take steps to get your money back now! If you used a credit or debit card from a major provider then you can probably be reimbursed.
This is not a real company. I called them at 10:00 p.m. to check on my furniture because they are supposed to provide 24/7 customer service. The guy who answered the phone had obviously just woken up!
They told me three days in a row that they will send me a tracking number the next day. I have yet to receive proof of anything. They claim my furniture has been shipped but won't send me anything to verify.
When I demanded a refund they told me that they charge a 45% restocking fee. You can't restock something that you never had to begin with. I am now pursuing this via my cc company. Hopefully I can get it resolved.
There are many small companies on the internet that do a great job. This company unfortunately makes all those companies look bad.
