I worked for this company mid July 2008, I did not mind the talking to a lot of people through out the entire day the only thing that bothered me was standing for hours and taking only 5 minute breaks and sitting during the "event" was looked down upon. My "leader" would constantly tell me to look lively and enthusiastic, I've been standing for 8 hours, you can see my dilemma.

Before I was hired I was told that my pay during training would be $300-$400 a week. When I got my first full week of pay it was less than $300, its was even less than $250. I thought it was a fault at my end, maybe I didn't work hard enough, so the next week I work my butt off and made almost $300 on my own (an event without a "leader") in one day. And my next paycheck was even smaller than before.

I got sick after standing for hours under the sun, I was suffering from heat exhaustion and asthma attacks, I told my leader and the president of the company, Audra, and I was just told to drink a lot of water and walk around the table. I had to call in for a cfew days until I felt better. I went back to work for a few days but the 12 hour a day schedule and low pay wasn't working for me plus the job was taking a toll on my health, I decided to take a hiatus. After a couple off weeks I called Audra a couple of times in one day she was unreachable. I tried another day and her personal assistant answered and said she was unavailable, I told her to have Audra call me back regarding my job and the last 2 weeks I work and haven't gotten my paycheck. I never got a call back from Audra or anyone from Nicoco or Encore or whatever. They still owe me 2 weeks of pay, it doesn't matter how little it may be. I have called several times after that but my calls have never been returned.

To all who applies, be warned. I have seen other reports in this site about them. Do not make the same mistake I did.
