I filed my tax return claim with #1 Discount Tax return in 2008, after filing my files and car were burglarized and I lost my documents.  It has been a nightmare trying to get a copy of that file from #1 Discount Tax return, I have emailed 3 times now, since there is no phone number or address for this company it is all you can do.  All you will ever receive back is a automated message saying to check their online library for answers to your questions.  



It's a ripoff and I wish I had just paid an accountant to do it right!
