NO 1 DISCOUNT TAX RETURN SERVICE LLC This company filled my Tax return not only in Washington State where i worked, but also In California State , where i have never worked or lived now i am owing $1529. to California for taxes, Internet

I used an Internet Tax service,  NO 1 Discount Tax Return Service LLc. I filed my tax return with this company.

They e-mailed me to tell me i was rejected by the IRS and to resend it. They not only filed with Washington State, where i live and work, but they filed it with the State of California also. I have never lived in California or worked there.

I received a notice a year later that i owed taxes to California and i called them to tell them i never worked there before. I called three times. I thought it was resolved but in 2012 when i went to get into a low income apartment it showed up on my credit reportas a tax lein.

I called California and they said i owed $1529.00 on taxes from 2007. I am being denied the apartment because of this tax lein. It will take from 3 to 6 months to clear it up in which time i will be homeless.

I want something to be done so this does not happen again. I thought i was using a good company not one that was going to come back on me in 5 years to destroy me.
