No Limit Motors Rude, liars, crooks, unsympathetic forney, Texas

Well, where should I start. I bought a small truck, Ford ranger, almost two years ago. The salesman assured me that since they didn't have a full size truck available, if I took the ranger and keept it in good standing for one year, I would be able to trade it for a full size with no problems. That was a lie. I kept the truck for a year, never missed a payment, went in and tried to trade it for a full size. The salesman was rude and said I couldn't and the salesman who sold me the truck no longer works for us. I was told they would only give me $2,000 for my truck which at the time I still owed $7,000.

So now I'm stuck with it. Lesson learned. Now, I went in to make my payment last week after they started blowing up my phone telling me I was behind, to learn that I had missed a payment in July, a three payment month. Mind you I have never missed a payment in almost two years. I recently lost my job and am unable to catch it up. I have begged for them to work something out to try and catch it up or roll the payment I missed to the end of my note. I was told no and now all I am paying for when I make a payment is late fees and interest. Is that even legal? Anyways, I was informed that when you are late on a payment, not only is there a late fee for every day past, but they charge interest every day as well.

So now I'm not even paying for the truck. I have received a phone call every day for the last 37 days, even after making my regular payment, saying they are going to repossess my truck. They are crooks, liars, and they are rude to good customers. I will never recommend them to anyone and I would love to see this business shut down. I have Ann my documentation to prove that I have never missed a payment until the one in July. I'm not trying to steal the truck. It would be paid off in January if not for the fees and interest. Do not do business with No Limit Motors.
