Noble Moving Services Fraud Toronto, Ontario

I hired this company to move my 3 bedroom house from Ontario to Brithish Columbia.
They quoted me $4200 and told me deliver in 3 weeks.
My belongings arrived in BC 6 weeks later along with an invoice for almost $10,000 dollars.
Weigh bills provided showed 13,700lbs. The quote was based on 8000 pounds. On the invoice was also $1300 in packing charges and handling charges. After several days of arguing, they agreed to re-weigh my load. The weight came to 10,000 pounds (still don't believe it). The first wegh bills were clearly fraudulant. I have offered to pay $6000 cash for deliver of my items to the agreed upon destination. They are demanding $7500 plus storage fees. I don't have the money as I expected to pay under $5000. I have 2 young children and all of our belongings are being held hostage by these scammers.
I searched online and found three other cases that are identical by the same moving company.

I don't know what to do. Please help.
