Moving Fraud by Noble Moving services:
I was in touch with Shannon & Heather at above company.
Contract fraud
Shannon gave estimate for 3178lb ( 1639+taxes) , but the final contract was given to me with 4600lb ($2768.50).
They charged me for fake weight and I had to pay them , otherwise they will not deliver my furniture & electronics.
Moving fraud
They subcontracted to other movers(capital moving) . Those guys asked me upfront money, I refused.
So they didn't handle my furniture & electronics properly and damaged all furniture while moving.
My TV didn't work.
Claim Process Fraud
I submitted claims for damage to furniture & electronics. After four weeks, they replied me for not paying as I submitted.
The deductible was $350 for complaint claim. They deducted for each item , so I didn't get anything. They refused so many claims to pay me.
I want some good lawer to fight against this fraudulent company.
The lawyer should not ripoff me.
