Norris Auto Sales ILLEGAL ILLEGAL ILLEGAL HORRIBLE CAR LOT Edmond Oklahoma

Looked all over town for F250 with the 7.3 Diesel motor.   The only one I could find with reasonably low miles was at Norris Auto Sales listed for 10,000

Called them and discussed the particulars before I drove 2 hours to thier location.  They assured me all was great! 

Got there, with my trade in in January 2013  *** All of a sudden the price of the truck is 19K if they have to finance it.

Ok signed papers all was good... left with my way overpriced truck.  whopping payments of 335.50 bi weekly    YES almost $700.00 a month. 

Have made $450.00 payments, and overage of $116 each week thru thier automated system.   In May a lady named Telia quit and no payment was taken.    Got a call from DJ  claimig he is the repo man and he is on his way to repo vehicle. 

Got ahold of Ronda thru thier acconting and she used my overage payments to cover the payment they missed taking out.   I said that was fine... sucks for me as I was making larger payments in order to absorb some of the additional 9K they added on the loan, but OK    Have email from Ronda showing loan was taken care of and was not my fault.

2 months later something is wierd in thier system and I get a notice thanks for your payment, you are still past due.   Called and spoke with Kelly wh is the most short and unpleasant person to try and speak with.    She assured me it was a glitch and I was not past due.

2 weeks later, call from Repo man sayng I am 23 days over due,.  Try to explain that I am not  Kelly said it was a glitch  - ok he will look into it... This continues for 4 months with this same conversation exery few days... we have looked at your acct you are past due,  - I say No i am not.

Today I get the same call... threats of courts, and repo etc.   So i gather all my proof and make copies and fax it to thier office.    Call Repo guy back and tell him he may want to wait til they can look at what I just faxed... as I have been telling him I AM NOT BEHIND ON any PAYMENTS  I have just faxed proof and as a matter of fact have an overpayment.

repo man says oh well our records are different, and you will be repo'd    Im on the way.   ALL OF THI IS in text messages! 21 threatening text messages and voice messages from  "DJ"    

I tell him that I have contacted my attorney and to not contact me any longer.  I recieved 14 additional text messages after this statement all threats that they are on the way to repo and we will just let the courts determine.

These people are crooks.
