Northstar Financial rip-off Phoenix Arizona

I was offered a credit card. I was told that if I paid a fee of 199.90 I would receive my card in the next seven days. Seven days later I called and questioned why I had not recieved anything yet. I was told to wait 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks I still had not recived a thing.

The money was debitted from my account on 11/18/2002. I contacted the phone number I was given, 866-517-3698, and was told that it would be sent out in that days mail. As you can guess, I received nothing. For the last month I have been trying to call and get a refund but the phone just rings and rings.

I feel stupid for falling for it but I did and it's too late to think about it now.
