North Star Financial ripoff Decieving Screwed Untruthful Theives Pheonix Arizona

On October 18th, 2002 I made arrangements for North Star Financial to debit $249.00 out of my bank account so they would send me a Master Card/ catalog line of credit along with other fabulous gifts and promises.

I then waited 2 to 3 weeks to recieve some type of confirmation in the mail that they recieved my money and my card was on the way but I never recieved anything in the mail. I started making phone calls to their customer service dept. with a reply of "wait another week and call us back if you still didnt recieve anything".

I know have waited 3 months and still have not recieved anything in the mail and every time I try to call I can never get through to someone with any information just the same lines that I'v heard over and over again.

I am a single mom of two children putting myself through college trying to better my credit and all this did was put me further behind instead of help me.
I tried numerous times to get my money refunded but all they would tell me is that I needed to write them a letter asking for a refund; I'm still waiting.
