North Star Van Lines picked up a piano in NC for delivery to MI on June 19th 2005.

It is now July 19th, and I have been unable to get delivery of my piano after repeated phone calls, emails, complaints to the better business bureau, the federal motor carrier safety administration, the household goods complaint department, the internet fraud commission, and the police department.
