Yes $5000 deposit? Don't know what your getting at there, perhaps why so much? It was 1% of purchase price.
The problem is not what I signed, the problem is the papers they forged. I have a original copy before the forgery.

You gave them a $5000 deposit????? What did the paperwork say which detailed the refund policy? You did sign such an agreement, didn't you? Did you READ said agreement BEFORE you signed it?
