Just got off the phone with a Louis Cucinuta, collections Dept. He was rude and you can't work with these people. All they want is their money. They will not let you out of the contract, cause accordding to him "they do not provide any service's, they only provide the loan for the machine'. I told this guy I'm a disabled Gulf war vet. I have no money, he actted like a vaccum cleaner, in one ear out the other. I read someone's report wondering why someone hasen't sued them yet. Well why can't there be a Class Action Suit againts them. What do you think? I'm up for it.
