Northern Trust signed by C Witherspoon with signature underneath ...looks to be a different name but its all a stamped name or copy... Also states to call Fred Parker a claim agent. States that my mom won $16,443.00 in a 'North America Consumer Promotion Draw' along with a check for $822.15 with yet another signature Chicago Illinois

This letter states that my mom is entitled to $16,443.00 in a "North America Consumer Promotion Draw" organized for all customers of Wal-mart, Sears, Home Depot, Safeway, etc.

All she has to do is call this Claim Agent Fred Parker at 1-877-827-9328 Ext-2 during certain times during the week at Central Standard Time for further instructions on how to claim her big winnings. 

So they send a check for $822.15 .. not sure if it's a fake or cashable and then states per her state regulations a tax amount of $700.00 will be required before her winnings could be sent to her.  

Do they really think people are this stupid !!! If you think about it why send a $822.15 if they needed the $700.00 and could of just taken it out of the $822.15 ??? That right there should tell anyone it's a scam ... but with that being said, they are preying on senior citizens that may not be up-to-date on how these scams work and how desperate evil people are willing to do just about anything to steal a buck!!! 

Oh and the Address on Envelope says "York Civic Centre" at 2700 Eglinton ave W in Toronto, On m6m 1v1 (Canada) ... So many things just don't add up (various addresses and names/signatures)
