Beware of the gray 1997 F350 XLT. We traded in an immaculate 1995 extended cab F250 Diesel XLT in on this because our kids were growing and we needed the extra room so we saw this truck on-line and went down to look at it, that's where our horror story begins.

We paid 16,500 for this truck and for some reason it is now 19,500. We drove the gray 1997 F350 XLT for 300 miles before the engine went on it and the transfer case started to grind, this was after they said the truck was completely gone over with no issues. We had a stipulation in the sale agreement that they had to undo the deal if there were any major problems, well there were many major problems with this truck. After we took it back we were offered another beat up truck instead and we said no, we just wanted our trade-in truck back, we were told it was wholesaled off, which is a lie, I asked the on-line chat lady and she said it had sold after being on their lot after a few days, their was an add for the truck on the web site... so we wanted our deal undone, at that point it became a complete mess, in the end they undid the deal, however, we owed 4200 on the trade-in truck, that's all they would give us for our truck that they sold on us, which had to be over 10k they got for it, and gave us no choice at all, we also received 800 back from a gap insurance they had us buy into, but that was almost 2 months later.

The only good thing that come out of this is that we didnt get stuck with that gray 1997 F350 XLT that is currently on their web site\lot and we never have to deal with these crooks again, other than that it was an experience that cost us $1000's and a whole lot of stress.... 

Seriously, read the reviews and dont get ripped off like everyone else that buys from these people, they are ruthless and have 0 morals.
