2004 black Cadillac SRX 4 W Owner: DOMINIQUE LAX On November 15, 2018. I was in a car wreck. Roads was icy I hit a small concerte. Police officers Durkan with Muncie Indiana police had my car seize towed away. Even after I Freedom of expression told him.
I have AAA I desire for AAA to tow my car to my home address (((REDACTED))), Muncie Indiana until I can pay to have it fix. Officer did allow me to have my own property towed as I desire. I asked officer" how much it will cost" he said nothing. Northwest charge me within 4 days over 410.00.
I found it overpriced for such a period of time. I feel as if. Due to my race, African American woman. Age:29 Disability..I can be confused due to a learning Disability. I was overwhelming overcharge by this private enity business on US Territories, District of Columbia. Maybe, overcharged me.
Where I can't afford to get my nice 2004 Cadillac SRX black 4 W out the police impound so my property can be stolen and auction off for profit.

#1 - the Police Officer has no idea what a tow will cost. #2 if you had AAA what is the reason you did not call them??? #3 What does your Race, age and "disability" have to do with this???
YOU wrecked your car!! And WHAT is someone at 29 doing driving a Caddie with a "disability"??? You brought it up - and a Learning disability is not a reason. Many people have learning disabilities and take responsibility for their ACTIONS!! Many have JOBS!!! So what it your excuse???
