Northwest Towing Rude Employees, Poor Customer Service, Ripoff, Treated Customer As If She Were Nothing. Muncie Indiana

I was involved in a car accident on Sunday. Without my consent, my car was towed to Northwest Towing in Muncie, IN. After I left the ER, I went to go look at my car. They were not going to let me look at my car at first. Then they finally let me. The truck they drove me in had wet seats. I got to my car to get my keys and insurance information, and the lady from Northwest Towing yelled at me as if I were a child. Today, I go and get my car. Originally, it was going to cost $75 for the tow and $15 per day for storage. It was there for three days. I was charged $170 total. If you do the math, you see they are wrong. I asked them about the other fees. They charged me $35 to go get my insurance papers out of my car. They charged a $15 fee that was never mentioned. When I mentioned all of these fees, they said I should have asked about all of the charges to make sure they were not going to charge me for anything else. I became very upset. I am already suicidal. I didn't need their help. Even the manager was yelling at me, so I was yelling back. The manager stated that I could complain all I wanted, but that nothing would be done about it because the city uses their company. I went home and cut my wrists. They made me feel like I was the one at fault, not the other guy who hit me. They made me pay in full to get my car out instead of talking with the other guy's insurance. Every single person was completely rude.
