We are one of the many ex-Norvergence customers who have been scammed by this fraudulent company and the leasing companies who bought our agreements.

Were the Leasing Companies in on the Fraud?

AUTHOR: Ira - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 11, 2004

Were the Leasing Companies in on the Fraud?

It is impossible to assume that a phone company could get money from a leasing company based on a piece of metal known as a T1 box that is worthless without service.

Yet, that is what my leasing company, CCL, is claiming. Who are they kidding! Would you lend ten dollars to anyone with that collaterial, let alone tens of millions?

I do not have the money, nor do I suspect any one individual does, however, a class action might be practical.

I would like to speak to the judge and ask him or her what they think of a contract based on no service, yet be responsible to pay over $80,000 over the next 4 years.

The judge will throw the case out and throw them in Jail!
