Nova Pointe, leanlifepm ripoff, no refund after sending back there product. Unopened Ontario California

I ordered a free trial of leanlifepm & one week after I received it my Credit card was charged $99.90 for the next shipment. When I received the shipment I immediatly called them & told them I wanted to cancel this shipment I was told to send it back unopened & they would credit my credit card. I sent it back unopened by express mail. They received it on 1/5/06 at 7:49 am.I have a track & confirm print out of this. I called them that day & talked with Daisy who confirmed that they had received it & I would have my Credit card credited withing 30 days. Here it is 2/17/06 & it still hasn't been credited. I have called several time & they don't call me back. All you get is a message to leave your phone number,name & a brief message & they will return your call, but no one does. I need this money to help pay bills. Is there anything more I can do?
