HERPES,LEPROSY OR AIDS!!!!
I simply dont know which of these diseases i can truly compare this company --novotny and company.
As somebody before me just compared them to herpes, I completelyt agree with their analogy.
Please tell all your friends that this is one of the worst if not the worst companyto do business in Houston, Texas,  honest.
They are greedy form the president to the owner.  They deserve each other for they are made for each other with their common "ways" of trying to rip people off. I have read almost all the complaints brought against them and have found tem to be for their dishonest tactics to force their clients to stay with them even if they didn't do anything for them.
They use intimidation tactics in their letters they send to their clients to force them to pay up for uncalled work or to remain with them.
I will never use them in my entire life and will encourage you to speak up and tell all your freinds not to use this proven dishonest and greedy company.
They think they have the upper hand in all of their transactions and that they are invencible.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER FOR DISHONESTY AND GREED.
